At Brick + Timber several of the apartment buildings we manage are pet friendly, but we do have a few rules for our units to ensure everyone stays safe and happy.

We have a two pet maximum per household; approved breeds are welcome. There is a fifty pound weight limit, per pet – feel free to ask us if you have questions about specific animals (such as fish, reptiles, birds, etc.). Pets of aggressive breeds will not be permitted.
